Omega 3 & Tocotrienols

Omega 3's and tocotrienols are two super foods that have amazing results on human health when consumed. These two substances work synergistically  to provide health and cures to some of the greatest human ailments in the world today.

Omega 3's are essential fatty acids. They are healthy fats needed to maintain human health. The two main users of Omega 3's are your heart and your brain. Omega 3 is necessary for human health. The largest concern about Omega 3's is that your body does not naturally create them. Therefore they must be consumed.

In order to consume the necessary amount of Omega 3 to maintain heart and brain health it is necessary to eat fish at least three times a week. Many do not consume the needed amount which has promoted the taking of Omega 3 supplements, which are also recommended by doctors.

When taking an Omega 3 supplement it is important to find it in the purest form. Many stores sell Omega 3 or "Fish Oil" that comes from sources that are not only not pure but not healthy. Bargain deals on Omega 3 supplements usually come from the left over parts of fish from fish farms that weren't usable to sell as food. Not only are these fish leftovers a questionable source of nutrients but fish on a farm that are not able to swim around like in the wild are not as nutrient rich and healthy.

Tocotrienols make up the stronger half of the spectrum of Vitamin E. They are also a needed and strong provider of heart and mental health. They are lipid-soluble and are antioxidants. When used with water-soluble antioxidants they can help to complete the needed protection your body needs from free radicals. Tocotrienols are much stronger than Omega 3's and Tocopherols (their not as healthy counter part).

The strongest mixture of Omega 3's and Tocotrienols that I have been able to find is found in a product called "Kyani Sunset". The Omega 3's in "Kyani Sunset" come from wild Alaskan Sock-eyed Salmon. This is an ideal and pure source because of the wild nature of the fish, the fact that they are free to swim and absorb more minerals, and the fact that they come from a place in the world free of the harmful toxins found the rest of the oceans waters. The tocotrienols found in "Kyani Sunset" come from the Annatto Bush Seed. This is a source of 100% pure tocotrienols.

The studies done on "Kyani Sunset" have shown an amazing ability to not only help with the usual benefits of Omega 3's and Tocotrienols but to combat inflammation, reducing it by over 90%. Through this the product has been able to combat Arthritis, Cardiovascular Disorders, Allergies, Asthma, and other prominent inflammation disorders. There are even testimonials claiming to see a reduction in tumor size from cancer patients that have taken the product.

Kyani Sunset can also be used as a natural sleep aid for those that have troubles sleeping the whole night through. It promote healthy skin and hair, and can also be used as a weight loss tool because of its antioxidant, lipid soluble nature.

The product can only be obtained through a Kyani "Distributor". For a link to obtain the product click here. To learn more about the product click here.

Antioxidants - The Key To Anti-Aging

Antioxidants are one of the important keys to recovery and preservation in the body. They protect from premature aging, diseases, damaged systems, and much more. This is done through combating free radical damage.

Free radicals are cells that are missing an electron. When under stress they go around borrowing electrons from new cells. From the newly electron stripped cells more free radicals are created. This process creates a vicious cycle in our bodies as we are literally torn apart from the inside. This leaves us unprotected and damaged as we quickly start advancing in the aging process. Only from breathing in oxygen each day our body creates about 630 quadrillion free radicals. From these, each cell in our body is hit about 10,000 times a day by free radicals.

The purpose of antioxidants in this process is to be "electron donors". Antioxidants contain extra electrons and when they come in to contact with a free radical they are able to provide the needed electron. As this process continues, balance is acquired and the free radicals go back to being normal healthy cells.

This process is simple and amazing. It can be considered as one of the keys to maintaining youth and energy. There is only one problem though. Our bodies are no longer able to provide us with sufficient antioxidants to combat the free radicals that are created. This is caused by a severe lack of nutrients in the food we consume. Many years ago it was easier to acquire antioxidants through the fruits and vegetables eaten, but over time the nutrients in food have decreased drastically. This is one of the reasons that disease is able to spread so rapidly today.

The key to fixing this is to take healthy antioxidant rich supplements to boost the fighting power our body is able to provide. The best supplements will be found in vitamin rich, concentrated, liquid forms. Our body can only absorb approximately 10 to 15 percent of vitamin supplements in pill or other solid forms. Whereas in liquid form our bodies can absorb up to 99 percent of the needed vitamins and minerals in certain supplements.

My favorite supplement is called Kyani Sunrise. It is a powerful water soluble antioxidant enriched with all of the vitamins that your body needs. Since your body is about 70 percent water, this product is able to combat free radicals in the largest section of your body. It is composed from 10 super foods. It has an ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) score of 34,996. This beats out super foods such as MangoSteen and the Tahitian Noni by double and almost triple in antioxidant power. It is also much less expensive than other high quality supplements costing only 32 to 40 dollars for a month supply. For more information on this product please look out for my other post called "Kyani Sunrise" coming soon. Or click here to view the official website.
